All the orders will be processed and shipped within the same day if you order before 1PM. Orders after 1PM in weekdays will be processed the next day. Orders made after Friday 4pm, will be processed on the following Monday. 

15 Day Hassle Free Returns & Cancellation Terms

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ennamoda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return an item?

We offer returns labels with UPS. Labels are free when choosing exchange. For returns for refund we deduct the label cost of (£4.99: small size of box,  and £6.99: medium size of box) from the refund.

Enna Moda passionately believes in delivering value to customers with fairer prices. When returning an item, we'll happily send you an exchange.

  2. Quote your order number, specify what item(s) you would like to return or exchange and note your reason for returning.
  3. Please pack all items in original condition and packaging, with all tags in place.
  4. Please include the original packing note within the parcel.
  5. We will email you back UPS barcode code
  6. Arrange a collection or find your nearest drop-off point using https://wwwapps.ups.com/pickup/schedule?loc=en_GB
  7. All approved returns will be credited in the original currency, account and payment method used for the original purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), products which are directly touching to the skin due to hygiene reasons (underwear including sports bra, silicone products, thermal products, accessories, jewellery and socks products. ). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Due to hygiene conditions, refunds are not accepted for underwear including sports bra, silicone products, thermal products, accessories, jewellery and socks products. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
